Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all locations in the United Kingdom and USA. Perishable items are limited to a 250-mile radius of the store location.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, simply enter a different delivery address to the address associated with your payment details.

We accept all major cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How can I track my order?
Our deliveries are handled by FedEx (US) and DPD (UK). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with an estimated arrival date and a tracking number that can be used to track the progress of your delivery.
Can I place special orders such as custom designs or allergen-free ingredients?

I would like to collect my order in-person instead. Is this possible?
Yes, we offer in-store collection. You can check whether items are available at a specific bakery before ordering. You can then go to the checkout page, click on "Proceed To Payment" and select "Store Delivery", which lets you choose a time and date that is convenient for you.
Are all your products available online?
While we do have a large selection of products online, each location occasionally offers new ranges that may not always be advertised on the site.
